Compression chamber doesn't accept Iron Bee Jar

Describe your issue.
Was trying to craft PCBee. Compression chamber accepted the helmet and lubricant bucket without any issues, but wouldn't accept iron bee jar. Tried freshly bred iron bee, tried one which existed and made honey for a while, tried freshly bred but let out once, no luck.
Setup was 3x3x3, pressure 4.9, inside - 157 buckets of air (don't think that it matters, since the issue is probably somewhere with jar nbt)
In the end just broke the chamber's ceiling and threw jar in and it worked, but to say the least it's not very intuitive.
Seems like the same issue, which was reported earlier but closed - #4488

After reporting #4748 I decided not to wait for the next modpack version and upgraded apotheosis to version 4.8.99D manually.
Did the issue happen in singleplayer or on a server?

Just experienced another bug which might be related? Finished T4 blood altar and tried to craft bloody bee. Bottle filled with a bronze bee was freshly crafted in an induction smelter. Until I let it out of the bottle once (after TemperedFool suggested it in discord), it didn't want to craft.
As seen from the screenshot names, it has been 6 seconds between the screenshots (and I actually waited longer, too), yet no particles or blood consumed

And just tested terrestrial bee craft. It also didn't start crafting until I let my freshly crafted mana bee out of the jar once.
Oh, sorry, completely forgot yesterday.
I'm currently running the pack with jdk8u322-b06 (Eclipse Temurin) with the following parameters:
-XX:+UseG1GC -Dsun.rmi.dgc.server.gcInterval=2147483646 -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M
So I still can't repro this. How have you modified the pack? What version of Java are you running?
