The quest description for "External Storage" (RS) in Logistics - Storage only talks about fluid tanks. The actual thingy does both fluids and items, though. Bit weird.

Looking into this, there are two quests. There's the external storage in the RS chapter that discusses item storage, and another in the storage chapter that discusses fluid storage, since that't the primary focus of that group of quests (lower half is all about fluid options).

Will see what can be done to fix this up/clarify.
