If the Tank Null tries to place a bucket of fluid but only has microbuckets remaining, it will round up and place a full bucket's worth. This works with any place-able fluid it seems. Though, considering the Tank Null doesn't support being used as a bucket like #4729 says, it's not exactly the easiest dupe method.
