Why would you like the mod added?
Xp is easily farmed with apotheosis spawners and player traps but its a hassle to just collect and store it in straight up levels being able to take in and out directly wihtout anything else
I feel like this would just make the current situation worse by introducing yet another xp fluid.
For storing xp you've already got a number of good options in the pack
- blood magic, tome of peritia
- pneumaticcraft, memory stick and drones to collect orbs. Also the aerial interface to directly manipulate xp on your player
- thermal, memory crystal
- pedestals, xp tank and xp magnet to collect orbs and the xp dropper to give them back to you
- industrial foregoing, sewer
- sophisticated backpacks, xp magnet and tank with crazy good functionality in terms of keeping you at certain levels
- modular routers, xp vacuum
Probably a few more I'm overlooking at the moment.

Was mostly towards being able to have it auto collect and store the levels as EnderIO back in 1.12 ability to just withdraw x amount of levels whenever and no other hassle no bottles no etcs
