Scorching heat works in a vanilla anvil now

Describe your issue.
Previously scorching heat was gated by the xp anvil from pedestals, that no longer seems to be the case which I assume is an unintended bug as it skips basically all of the early to mid game ore processing.

We don't have a way to... Moto made an issue on astral GitHub for them to make a config to shut it off but you can guess how far that went... The only consolation was that the only way to apply it was through pedestals xp anvil which is fairly heavily gated, apparently not anymore

Really wish we could...
It wouldn't be so bad if the only source of it was the astral enchanting table. But you can get the book from fishing or randomly in loot chests. So there's nothing but rng gating it now.
