These mineshafts(?) can generate ore clusters that has a pressure plate and TNT trap, but the plate is not aligned properly and can not trigger the trap when stepped upon.

(the broken stone brick was the block that the plate was set on)

Thanks for the report - Do you have any more screenshots of the Mineshaft? I'd like to make sure it's a Mineshaft generated by YUNGs Better Mineshafts 😅

Since the trap is generated by another mod and intersecting with Yungs mineshaft here, there is a not insignificant chance that this is just the result of that intersection.

Though I also have no idea which mod adds that one.
