To summarize, I created a 32x10x32 reservoir (10,240 blocks) and filled it Industrial Foregoing Latex using three different methods: Pumping fluid into the Create Hose Pulley, the /fill command ("/fill ~ ~ ~ ~31 ~9 ~31 industrialforegoing:latex_block", I stood in the bottom corner of the tank when executing this command, the output showed that it filled 10,240 blocks), and the RF Tools builder using a mekanism Creative Fluid Tank filled from a bucket taken from an arboreal extractor. Between all three fills I cleared the reservoir using /fill with air and broke and replaced the hose pulley. I lowered the hose to the bottom of the reservoir during all three attempts.

All three methods failed to register as an infinite source using the Create Hose Pulley. Attempting the pull fluid from the hose pulley removed the fluid blocks from the world. I tried pulling fluid using mekanism fluid pipes and thermal fluid cells.

I tried similar steps as described above with Industrial Foregoing Sewage and Industrial Foregoing Sludge. Both failed to register as infinite sources.

I also filled the same setup described above with lava, oil, water, Create Chocolate, Tinker's Construct Blood, Integrated Dynamics Menril Resin, and Integrated Dynamics Liquid Chorus. All of these fluids registered correctly as infinite sources.
