If it is possible to make recipes that return the templates for certain structures like the Wicked Altar from Masterful Machinery, then maybe they could be made craftable in-game.

Here is an example of what such a recipe might look like.

Why would you like this added/changed?

Right now the player has to "leave" the game in order to copy-paste in a string from the E6:E instance folder. It would be nice to be able to craft the templates for these structures instead. The recipes for these templates wouldn't need to be difficult at all, especially because of the copy-paste alternative.

Not possible, unfortunately, but I did request it as a feature from them.

The trouble with the current system is the items dont actually store the data for the schematic. Instead, the schematic is stored in the server files and the item has a reference to them. This means the in game schematic item is only good for that world.

If you give that same item to a player in another world, it's just a broken schematic as that's nothing for it to point to.

Excellent idea, not sure if it's possible though.
