Describe your issue.

I wish to upgrade my 1.3.0 E6E world to 1.4.1 to benefit from the bugfixes and improvements made. However when I attempt to load the world in the 1.4.1 version of the modpack, the Joining world screen appears, there's the "ding" sound, and then after waiting a number of seconds, Minecraft crashes.
