[Expert] Energy Generation pedestal upgrade are not craftable.

Describe your issue.
Pedestal Energy Generator upgrade and Dis Enchantment Generator upgrade does not have valid recipes so it is impossible to finish the pedestal quests.
The only options available when clicking the item in JEI are Information and Anvil enchant possibility.
an other discord user confirm he also didn't have the recipes
