Describe your issue.
Pulling items from 2 mekanism tanks with pretty pipes and a stack limiter module on the receiving tank duplicates fluid on transfer.
Setup is
Tank - Pretty fluid pipe - Pretty fluid pipe - Pretty fluid pipe - Tank
High fluid extraction module in the first pipe, stack limiter module on the third one.
