Hive is full. Dispenser will harvest with shears, but not with the scraper. Hive is set up in Atum, not sure if that matters.

Is the hive full? You can't scrape it till it's full.

Works just fine for me in single

Still happens in 1.6.2 while playing on E6E-A server

Seems it must be a server only issue then. I cannot reproduce this in single player.
