CTRL+Shift doesn't auto-craft item

Enigmatica 6 v 1.60
CTRL+Shift doesn't pull up auto-craft option, instead just grabs a stack from refined storage. See screenshots for reference. I have autocrafting set up correctly. This happens both on single and on multiplayer.
Don't think it's client-side but I could be wrong.
