Dielectric paste recipe with create outputs only 16 instead of 24

I think the problem is more on the create side because the basin only outputs 16 by 16 or something like that
This setup outputs 16 dielectric paste in the last basin, btw in the upper basin there's 24 dielectric paste.
The loss is during the transfer between the 2 basins
