Fatal syntax error in server-side configswapper file

Server pack R 1.7.1 of Feb 17 on CurseForge
Describe your issue.
Server crashes with a failure to load mod "configswapper," which complains about a parse error in one file, after token "200".
The error was in config/powah/energy/generators/solar_panel.toml .
There was a random line containing "200" near the end of file.
I edited this out and now the server runs fine.
