9 Sawdusts (Emendatus Enigmatica) can be compressed into a Block of Sawdust (Thermal Series) using a generic 3x3 compression recipe.
However this compression cannot be reversed by hand unlike most things in the pack such as metals.

Why would you like this added/changed?

Consistency and early game storage management.
