Guess the Gas-Burning Power moved to "earlier" game therefore only needs Pity Machine Frames now, but the whole Quest-Line to the Gas-Burner still depends on the Metallurgic Infuser.
Why would you like this added/changed?
Making Enrichment Chamber and all that follows of it independant of the Metallurgic Infuser looks more consistent IMHO.
The Entangloporter reward might be better still depending on the Steel Casing
