Can confirm, this is an issue both in the pack and in a minimal pack with only IF and JEI.

@Buuz135 Do you have any insight here? I don't think you're still supporting 1.16 are you?

At least from one user report on Discord, we can fix this by downgrading Industrial Foregoing. Might be worth an update for this and the other rendering issue.

Yep, industrial-foregoing-1.16.5-3.2.14.7-19 fixes the rendering issue here. no change to titanium.
