Building gadget can duplicate (at least) backpacks

Describe your issue.
My son found this dupe bug a few days ago:
- Place a backpack in the world
- Select the backpack with a building gadget
- Use the gadget to place any number of backpacks in the world
- Mine the backpacks to enjoy an infinite number of backpacks.
Noting that the duped backpacks look on the ground like whatever version you copied, but when you mine them you get a basic version without any upgrades. Dupe happens whether or not you have any backpacks on you.
