The random spawners that dot the overworld spawn with vanilla chests instead of the expected Lootr chests.

Three spawners were found in close proximity, two had vanilla chests and one had a lootr chest.

After some testing it looks like Ars Instrumentum might be breaking stuff in 1.7.0 (unlike in 1.6.0). This may not be an actual issue with a true fresh install with no add-ons. The error found when adding Ars Inst. was that overworld ores did not generate, so generation issues (e.g. replacement of vanilla chests by Lootr) might have also been broken.

Fresh install without Ars Instrumentum and I'm 5 out of 5 on Lootr chest generation below spawners, so looks like this isn't an actual issue.

Edit: I guess there also goes my idea of suggesting it be added, because probably not worth all the work that would be required just to get actual #s for Ars's mana amounts.
