Bundle contents don't render when you have a Backpack open:

The contents of the Bundle don't seem to matter, as I have multiple ones with different things and it still happens:

The NBT of the Bundle doesn't seem to be a factor either, as a regular bundle also has the issue:

I tested it in release E9 1.7.2 and it wasn't happening there, neither with a clean Bundle nor the NBT one.
