IE Mixer not outputting unless in the 'output all fluids' mode

Describe your issue.
I was trying to output redstone acid from the Mixer utilizing many methods, placing a Thermal Series fluid cell directly in the output, using a Thermal Series fluid duct with a servo in between the tank and the output, using fluid transporters, and none of them worked while the mixer was set into 'Output Bottom Fluid' mode despite the tanks being empty and the Mixer only having a single type of fluid in it. After changing the output mode to output all fluids, all previously mentioned methods started working.

User Modifications
Changed the range of the Entangled blocks to -1 (infinite), but i assume that's entirely unrelated.
