Change the recipe for the Stonecutter upgrade in both Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage to use tin instead of iron.

Why would you like this added/changed?

I don't think this upgrade was intentionally gated. Bringing this recipe forward shouldn't be game breaking and will assist in building projects.
