Quest book shows wrong item for Heart of the Sea

Describe your issue.
In the questbook for E9E, in Chapter 3, where it shows the other "Heart of the..." items, the item Blue Pearl is there instead of Heart of the Sea. The Blue Pearl item doesn't have a recipe associated. It looks like it has something to do with the bugfix that renamed the Blue Pearl object. (#737)
