This looks like a corrupt install to me, I recommend that you try re-installing the modpack 👍

Hello I appear to be having very similar issues, I tried reinstalling the Server pack through forge but the issues persist.
Server pack version V1.22.1
wrong java version, you need 17 @Kaiden204
