What it does

Stops tooltips that are too large to fit on the screen from running off the screen.

The idea is cool, but if the modpack shows the text that vanilla wouldn't, people can misleadingly name their items in a way that would be barely visible in vanilla. Although I admit, it could be useful for languages with long words.
