What it does

Adds the zoom ability, with many features to make it look cooler

Why should it be in the modpack

It's easy to use, very customizeable, looks better from Zoomify (for me at least)

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

Because Zoomify is in its place (It shouldn't my opinion is)

Ok Zoomer has features that let server owners disable itself partially or entirely. This is not acceptable behavior for Fabulously Optimized, which should work the same on every world and server. See also: #144
