Describe the bug

Some people say Farsight doesn't work, others say it works as intended.

Test it yourself by connecting to 9876b9e7c31947798c68b415b9.modded.fun in FO 3.3.0
The server has been shut down.

Expected behavior

"Fake" far away chunks are kept on servers

Observed/actual behavior

Chunks work similar to vanilla

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch FO
2. Go to a survival server
3. Set client rendering distance higher, like 14-16 chunks
4. Run far to render those chunks
5. Run back to starting point
6. Observe the visible distance
