Remove Item Model Fix

When isXander/Debugify#82 is patched in Debugify. ~~It also fixes #192, sicne the only mod using the Cloth API is Item Model Fix.~~

If a proper fix is added in debugify then yes it can be removed.

Item Model Fix does not use Cloth API (and from what I see, it never did), it uses Cloth Config API.

Slight GUI Modifications used it and probably no other current ones use it now. See #192
