What it does

Basically just culls the vanilla clouds - Nothing else.

Why should it be in the modpack

Same answer as above.

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

Likely pointless as this optimization could be taken over by Sodium or other mods.

Additional details

This mod is untested - But can be checked out just in case.

Rejected due to the addition of #357
