[1.19.4-alpha.3] Can't repeat send the chat (Using chat history) Problem with Signing Mode Button

Describe the bug
Hello 👋, This is my first time report bug on FO!
I think I have a problem when you want to send chat by using chat history
Step to reproduce
- Send whatever chat to server (MultiPlayer)
- Press "T" to open chat
- Press ⬆ (Up Arrow) on your kerboard. It's should bring last message that you send to the server
- Try to edit text and send to server
- Can't edit text, send to server due to it's focus on GUI (as shown)
From the picture below I can't unfocus that button (Signing Mode Button)
I'm on version 4.6.0-alpha.3 with this problem is not happen to me in version (FO 1.19.3)

- I added/removed some mods or resource packs (mention, which ones)

Possible workarounds:
- disabling No Chat Reports
- hiding NCR's status button
If there isn't an update from it soon, I'll probably go with 2nd.
Why is this mod even in this pack? It doesn't seem to do anything with regards to increasing fps.
It is here for elementary privacy protection and annoyance prevention. We can discuss this on Discord or on a separate issue, but not here.
Should be fixed with the closure of Aizistral-Studios/No-Chat-Reports#375.
