What it does

Removes the resources reload screen and leaves the game available.

Why should it be in the modpack

This can be important as lower-end pcs take a lot of time to load resource packs.

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

None Yet ( or none known yet).

Looks nice, when the active PRs are merged I'll consider testing this.

Have to test and discuss some quirks with the dev, but it has potential.

Suggested a toast as the loading indicator, and this is estimated to come "in the next Minecraft version" due to toast mixin refactor. As such, postponing the mod to it as well.
