What it does
Converts some resource packs' features from Optifine format to a new format

Why should it be in the modpack
More Optifine feature support for mods that don't intend to add Optifine format support themselves

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack
Not even compiled, not in CF, very few conversions, people might not even use such packs
