Why should it be in the modpack

• Bigger advancement screen (Bedrock parity)
• Support for more tabs (for mods/datapacks)
• Show and search advancement requirements
• There are alternatives if people like the idea overall, but not this implementation (e.g. #702)

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

• Seeing the requirements could be "cheaty" or just confusing
• Not all visible requirements actually make sense or can be fully seen as they are lengthy and technically worded
• People who don't use advancements much may be satisfied with the vanilla size and features of the screen
• Some users don't care about advancements at all

Note: this and similar mods are not yet available on 1.20.2, however this should not affect your vote, you're voting for the idea.
