Change unlimited FPS back to 60 - 120 FPS

What config to change

maxFps via options.txt file.

Why should it be changed

Having unlimited FPS sounds cool on the surface (lowest possible input delay + highest visible frames) but in turn, this causes several problems to occur which is what my personal concern is about:

  1. Input delay becomes inconsistent,
  2. Framerate output becomes inconsistent,
  3. More energy power is used,
  4. Heat generation is greater,
  5. Possible chance of vertical tearing,
  6. Battery life becomes worse overtime.

Additional details

To avoid these problems, The FPS limit should be set somewhere between 60 - 120 FPS to account for them and then let the end-user remove the FPS limit themselves if they are not satisified with this change. As for V-Sync; This can be left unchanged as disabled by default so that end-user can also decide upon it at anytime.

I agree. I think 60 fps would be a better default, because the people that have a higher refresh monitor are probably more used to tweak game settings, whereas people with a low refresh rate might be less familair with video settings or even gaming in general. They might also not have the best computing hardware, which makes it even more useful if their framerate is more consistent.
