The Thirst Quencher is easily obtained in the stone age, but one of the rewards is an EnderIO tank which is staged much later:

Also both this Thirst Quencher and the Portable Temperature Regulator need to be charged, not sure if there is a stone age item that can do this... maybe the Charging Station from Immersive? Don't really want to waste resources at this point to test... maybe a quest to point us in the right direction?

Edit: The charging station from immersive does indeed work, maybe add a quest for it next to the 2 items that need it as this is likely a very rarely used item... don't believe I have seen it needed yet in other packs.
