
Add More Ways to Automate XP

The rosa arcana is not possible to automate with pure Botania. In order for this pack to be complete, that needs to change.
[Potential] Sources of automated XP:

Breeding animals. Ludicrously inefficient, but technically possible.

Fortune Ores
- Ores broken with Quark's iron rod will now drop XP exactly as if they were broken by a player.
- The same will be true of Bore Lenses once the next build of Botania is released (the ticket was completed on the Botania github, unofficial builds will already contain the fix)
- Mobs
- Ideally, all hostile mobs (or at least all it's possible to find spawners for / automate) should drop xp orbs even when not killed by a player.
- Unless I miss my guess, I need this ticket in CraftTweaker to be resolved before I can use CT to make mobs drop experience orbs even when not killed by players. Alternate solutions might be necessary.
- Idea for alternate solution: Actually Additions solidified xp, or equivalent. Must work with a dispenser. Bottle o' enchanting might work as well, just seems less thematically appropriate.
- The wither is automatable. Make that drop a LOT more xp, and add a way to convert nether stars into XP.
Hostile mobs now drop their normal amount of XP on non-player kill (which incidentally means player kills are effectively double XP, but I'm fine with that).
However, the rosa arcana is actually just kind of a terrible flower, so I'm going to wait on this ticket in Botania Tweaks before attempting more rebalancing.
