No Shortcut Key to open the Pocket Crafting Table

I can't seem to get the pocket crafting table interface to open. Traditionally it opens with the "c" key. http://feed-the-beast.wikia.com/wiki/Pocket_Crafting_Table

That item doesn't exist in the pack. Only the "Portable Crafting" item which you can open with right clicking
