[BUG] Game crashes after placing a Thaumcraft Golem and causes others to when they get close.

Before reporting, make sure your problem isn't caused by the game running out of RAM and you have read the installation guide carefully.
If the game crashes to your desktop without showing a crash screen it's a RAM issue. Don't submit this kind of issue. Please view the installation guide for how to solve this issue.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Game crashed after placing a Thaumcraft Golem (Clay)(Ranged) along with crashing anyone who gets within an area around it.
Tried rejoining to see if it was a one off but the game crashed again with an error saying it was caused by xaerominimap.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- make a thaumcraft golem (Clay)(Ranged)
- place said golem
- game crashes and shows error
alternatively
- join game/server with a thaumcraft golem placedm(Clay)(Ranged)
- go to chunk with golem
- approach said golem
- game crashes and shows error
Expected behavior
Was expecting the game to not crash and to have a new golem friend to help defend my base.

Additional context
Not sure what's going on here but as mentioned before I created a golem to help defend my base and as soon as I placed it I crashed and had the same error everytime I tried to rejoin. Friend also crashed upon getting close to it but had no issues when he was on the platform above it. Tried restarting the server and ran into the same issues when trying to rejoin. Golem was made of Clay and was ranged.
Edit: Also Looks like ScalingGUIs is causing an issue as it shows up in the crash screen along with Xaero's Minimap. Below is the most recent crash log that I got when testing in creative. (Created a new world and placed a Golem from creative inventory)

Edit 2: Seems it can be fixed by setting "Show Mobs" to False in Xaero's Minimap config though I still would like to see this issue fixed if at all possible.
