Describe the bug
Rough mobs mob boss spawned despite being disabled.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I really dont know how this happened despite downloading the latest pack and starting a world on the latest pack.

The dupe:

1. put any weapon/tool with artifact sealed in tool forge
2. shift click any material to replace a part in the tool (despite the fact it cant be replaced due to artifact seal)
3. exit menu and break tool forge
4. youll get duped material back depending on how much of the one material is on the table.
5. It doubles up to a stack at a time.
   Expected behavior
   Not to get duped weapon or see rough mobs bosses

Great pack am loving it so far. Kinda upset sponsors chest only give disabled items for servers. Other than that this is the best pack ive ever touched.
