The extended pattern provider is crafted with:
HV circuit + 4x Engineering Processor + SOC + Pattern Provider

The upgrade for the pattern provider is crafted with:
HV circuit + 4x Engineering Processor + SOC

neither of these use circuits - so it depends on the order of materials pushed

I suggest one of the following solutions:

1. use circuits numbers to differentiate these
2. only craft the upgrade in the assembler and add a unshaped crafting recipe to combine a pattern provider with the upgrade
