In 1.11.0, the plasma turbines are generating the same amount of energy as before, but now only using 1mb of plasma each operation.
e.g. in the previous version, a plasma turbine with zpm rotor holder and hss-e rotor used 53mb helium plasma every 2 seconds, to produce ~180,000 eu/t, now, the same turbine/rotor/rotor holder produces the same amount of power for only 1mb every 2 seconds.

I have found a related issue with the plasma turbines:
When the tubine reaches full speed, the fuel consumption jumps to what it should be, e.g. 53mb for an HSS-E rotor, but the power output is multiplied by this as well. Since the turbine is producing ~183,000 eu/t using 1 mb plasma, it then jumps to producing ~10,000,000 eu/t using 53 mb plasma. This causes the dynamo hatch to fill which stops the turbine from spinning at full speed, so it cycles between running at less than full speed, reaching full speed and overproducing energy, then dropping down in speed again.
This can be replicated by building a turbine in a creative world, using any type of rotor/plasma/and rotor holder except for IV rotor holders.

This issue is fixed in the recent update, thank you to whoever worked on it.
