Cannot login into the world due to invalid regex in item tag filter

Hello! I was editing my item tag filter on the working machine (macerator), I typed "dusts |" and my world has crushed. Now I even cannot login into it :((. I think it tries to read after OR and dies.
Is there a way, that I can repair my world? (1.12.0)
