Issue:
Batteries are not charging other items in the inventory when set to be in Discharge Mode.

Environment:
Single Player

Steps to Replicate:
1: Spawn in any Battery
2: Craft a Drill with a LV Power Unti (Must be crafted or else it has max int power)
3: Drain some energy from the Drill
4: Shift-Right-Click Battery to enable Discharge Mode
5: See no power flow into the power unit

Troubleshooting:
In a fresh new instance with just GTCEU 2.7.2-Beta and JEI installed Batteries work as intended.
Problem exists in both new and existing worlds in Modpack.
