I think it's a good idea to allow players to use only a clay bucket and a water clay bucket to make concrete ,it can make the process easier and save our time .

Your Goal

it is reasonable that exist a clay bucket of concrete in GTNH.

Your Vision

add a recipe that we can use a clay bucket to replace the bucket in the bucket of concrete's recipe.

this is not a tinker or vanilla fluid, so no, there is no reason that should exist. You can use either water bucket in the crafting recipes of course.
