Loose fitting not applied to Large HP Steam Turbine

Used a screwdriver to switch the turbine from tight fitting to loose
The Reality
It still consumes the same amount of steam and outputs the same amount of power as before with no change. I dont see this behaviour with the XL HP Steam turbine, just the smaller multiblock
Your Proposal
It should update and output the correct amount of power and input the correct amount of steam

Can confirm that the Loose setting does not appear to apply on HP steam turbines, tested multiple turbines with various regulator flows to match against the 2.7 turbine spreadsheet update and the maximum output either in "Loose" or "Tight" is the "Tight" with some of the overflow multiplier.
