Your Proposal

Enable oceans/remove rwg in favor of a mod with good world gen that also has oceans(if rwg flat out doesnt allow for oceans)

add a multiblock ocean pump for pumping a (perhaps special type of) salt water that needs a multiblock desalination plant that's specifically for this salt water that ultimately does the same thing as electrolyzing salt water, perhaps with different byproducts if balance dictates. Locked behind IV or LuV & their respective tier planets materials since at that point you can already pump salt water from various planets

Your Goal

it doesnt make sense that we cant utilize earths oceans for salt water but we can pump the moon, mars, europa, ross128ba for it
