I tried to launch the game after updating from 2.6.0 to 2.7.0. But when the loading reached 33% and the Iguana Tinker Tweaks pre-initialization phase, the game stopped loading and didn’t respond further at all.

There is no crash report, but the game doesn’t respond at the certain loading moment.
