Your Proposal
Let's make the "Follow" option part of the crafting process itself, so you don’t have to go back later and manually find your craft just to hit "Follow." By adding better ways to set "Follow" upfront, the whole system becomes smoother and less frustrating.
Your Goal
The goal is to save time and reduce hassle. No one wants to place a craft, then dig through a list to find it just to hit "Follow." With a few simple changes, we can make sure the "Follow" button is easy to use and always available when you need it - right when you're crafting.
Your Vision
There are three solid ways to make this happen:
-
Add a "Start + Follow" Button
Alongside the regular "Start" and "Cancel" buttons, include a "Start + Follow" button. This way, you can choose to automatically follow a craft the moment you start it.
-
Toggle Button (Always Follow)
Add a toggle (like a flag) that, when enabled, applies "Follow" to every single craft you place. It's a simple one-click setup that works across all crafting actions.
- Shift + Start Shortcut
Let users hold Shift while clicking "Start" to apply "Follow" on the fly. This is perfect for people who only want to "Follow" certain crafts without toggling a global setting.
With these options, following crafts becomes effortless and customizable. No more losing track of your projects or wasting time trying to "Follow" them after the fact. It’s all about making crafting smoother and more user-friendly!
