Your Expectation

I expect Inventory Tweaks button tooltips to use the standard Minecraft styling and are drawn above all other UI elements.

The Reality

The tooltips are drawn below NEI item list and have an unnecessarily custom design.

Your Proposal

Go back to using the vanilla tooltip drawing method and make sure the tooltip are drawn later (above all other elements).

Similar to what was done in GTNewHorizons/ServerUtilities#128
